Warranty policy

 

  1. Products covered under warranty with defects may undergo repairs or replacement using new replacement parts.
  2. Repairs may involve the use of refurbished parts. The warranty period remains unchanged even if a product or component is replaced.
  3. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by excessive use, accidents, regular wear and tear, incorrect voltage installation, natural disasters, or unauthorized tampering or repairs.
  4. To avail warranty benefits, the authorized Luxury Health Care Centre must receive a warranty certificate or invoice containing all relevant client details.
  5. If the unit is no longer under warranty, if the warranty certificate or invoice is omitted, or if it cannot be produced, the customer will incur a service fee in addition to other associated costs like replacement parts and accessories.
  6. Certain products like massage chairs, treadmills, gym equipment, and exercise cycles are eligible for in-home servicing.

 

2.0 EXCLUSIONS

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

 

  1. Appearance or structural elements, including housing, casing, frame, decorative components, components meant for regular replacement, add-on components, accessories, external wiring and cables, battery chargers, racks, bins, knobs, antennas, and remote controls.
  2. Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or non-compliance with manufacturer’s installation, operation, or maintenance guidelines. Unauthorized repair attempts resulting in damage are not covered. Unauthorized repairs or replacements void this warranty.
  3. Problems stemming from improper maintenance as specified by the manufacturer.
  4. Any issues not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Damages due to fire, theft, accidents, misuse, neglect, or excessive usage. Acts of nature like earthquakes, storms, tempests, sand, water, flooding, lightning, vandalism, aircraft, vehicle impact, corrosion, battery leakage, power surges or failures, improper voltage or current, pest infestations, etc.
  6. Excludes transportation damages and consequential losses of any kind.

 

3.0 REPAIRS

  1. For products still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer or an authorized repair center directly.
  2. If repairs are needed after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, call 073508800 during business hours. Only authorized repair centers are authorized for repairs. (Please note that services offered by our authorized service center after the warranty period will incur charges.)

4.0 REPAIR DURATION

  1. Repair completion may take up to 14 working days.
  2. However, if required spare parts are unavailable, repairs could extend to 90 working days.
