Return and Refund Policy
Our Policy on Returns and Refunds Kindly note that all sales are final, and we do not entertain returns or offer refunds for any sold items. However, exceptions to this policy are limited to specific circumstances, outlined as follows: If our technical team confirms that a product is defective, damaged, exhibits a manufacturing flaw, or has incurred damage during shipping. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, you must initiate a request for a return and/or refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

In the event of a flawed item, our technical team may be dispatched to your location to conduct a thorough examination. To expedite the return and refund process, please complete the Return/Refund form. Once your request is approved, we will schedule a convenient time to collect the item from you.
The reimbursement process will take approximately 15 working days from the point of item collection.
