Payment Policy
When making payments through our retail outlets, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards as valid payment methods. However, please note that e-wallet payments are not currently accepted by our retailers.
Please be aware that the acceptance of credit cards for instalment payments is governed by the policies of the holding bank. If your credit card is not approved for instalments through our retail terminals, you may need to contact your bank to request manual instalment payments. The bank’s approval is necessary for any such requests.
In order to ensure the security of transactions and prevent fraudulent activities, we might require you to furnish us with copies of both the front and back of your credit card, as well as a credit card statement. The statement should only display the credit card number and the issuer bank’s billing address logo.
Should any provided information be inaccurate or the submitted paperwork prove invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your order and potentially delay the delivery of your purchased items.
It’s important to note that payments received after the order confirmation are generally non-refundable, unless there is a specific issue with the item that has been delivered. For more detailed information regarding refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
