We exclusively provide deliveries within West Malaysia only. Once your order is accepted, either through a deposit or full payment, the delivery timeframe is estimated to be between 3 to 7 working days within West Malaysia.

The day after we receive a confirmed order from our sales advisors, we will promptly inform customers via WhatsApp about the order receipt. Our logistics team will subsequently reach out to each customer to confirm the delivery date before proceeding with the delivery.

Please note that all deliveries necessitate a signature upon product receipt. Each customer is accountable for inspecting the product upon delivery to ensure its impeccable condition.
